We explain our services and provide an approximation of the time your job will take over the phone. On arrival, the technician will review your projects, discuss alternatives and confirm the estimated time. We stock basic supplies on our vans that meet the needs of many of our jobs. The technician will go to local stores if needed or you can volunteer to purchase the necessary supplies and materials to complete the job while the technician works on other tasks.

The technician will review all work completed, answer your questions and present and invoice at the end of the job. We accept cash payment, checks or credit cards (Mastercard, Visa and American Express)

To improve our business, we need your feedback. We will contact you by phone after you receive service to follow up on your satisfaction, as well as mailing to you a feedback form.

Our technicians will arrive in clearly marked company vans and will be appropriately uniformed for clear identification that they are a Mr. Handyman team professional. Employees are thoroughly screened and participate in ongoing training and safety programs. Company team meetings focus on customer relationship training and problem solving. Mr. Handyman owner Dennis Turmel is a local person, having grown up in Lawrence, making his career in operations for the Eagle Tribune Publishing Company for 28 years and for the past 18 months as the owner of your Mr. Handyman franchise. He posses a Construction Supervisors License with the state of Massachusetts CS# 101611.
